CHIEF MATE & MASTER UPGRADE ASSESSMENT REQUIREMENTS
Deck officers working to upgrade their license to master or chief mate must complete the requirements of the Control Sheets contained in USCG Policy Letter 04-02. This file contains information explaining which CMES courses cover the various control sheets and which control sheets need to be signed off onboard ship. Unfortunately this list may not apply if you have not taken all of these courses at CMES.
