    1. Advanced Fire Fighting Course
      • 1 Week MEBA School Course taken after July 1, 1990
      • USCG approved Advanced Fire Fighting Course
    2. Hazardous Materials Technician
      • 1 Week MEBA School Course taken after July 1, 1990
      • Hazardous Materials proficiency test
      • Successful completion of this requirement by any means under the old SeaLand database
    3. Ship's Management
      • 2 Week MEBA School Course taken after July 1, 1990
      • Successful completion of this requirement by any means under the old SeaLand database
    4. Marine Engineering Seminar
      • Completion of all the following:
        • EPA Refrigerant Recovery Discovery
        • 1 week Maritime Security Officer Course or Vessel Security Officer Course
        • 2 week Container Refrigeration Course
      • Successful completion of this requirement by any means under the old SeaLand database
    5. Computer Applications Course
      • 2 Week MEBA School Course
      • Computer Applications written or online proficiency test
      • Proficiency test for company specific computer program
      • Successful completion of this requirement by any means under the old SeaLand database

  2. FIRST ASSISTANT ENGINEER
    1. Advanced Fire Fighting Course
      • 1 Week MEBA School Course taken after July 1, 1990
      • USCG approved Advanced Fire Fighting Course
    2. Hazardous Materials Technician
      • 1 Week MEBA School Course taken after July 1, 1990
      • Hazardous Materials proficiency test
      • Successful completion of this requirement by any means under the old SeaLand database
    3. Digital Electronics Course
      • 4 Week MEBA School Digital Electronics Course taken after July 1, 1990
